We are proud of our cluster members for the “Female Role Models in the Digital Economy” Award

In 2026, the spotlight once again turned to women professionals who actively shape the future of the digital economy through their expertise, commitment and outstanding work.

The “Female Role Models in the Digital Economy” Award, announced by IVSZ – Association of Digital Enterprises and the Women in Technology Hungary Association, aims to showcase and recognise women whose exemplary professional achievements contribute to the development of technology, IT and digital sectors.

For the Innoskart Digital Innovation Cluster, it is a particular source of pride that two nominees from our cluster member organisations attended the award ceremony held on 14 May 2026:

Their nomination is an important recognition that our cluster community includes professionals who create value not only within their own organisations, but also across the wider digital ecosystem. Their work, mindset and professional presence can serve as an inspiring example for all those who believe in innovation, knowledge sharing and a human-centred approach to technological development.

One of the key messages of the “Female Role Models in the Digital Economy” Award is that the digital economy is open to everyone and offers real professional opportunities. In the technology sector, it remains especially important to make more women professionals visible — as leaders, developers, strategists, innovators, mentors or active members of professional communities.

Highlighting role models is not only a form of recognition, but also encouragement. It shows younger generations, career changers and those interested in digital fields that there are many different paths, roles and opportunities in the world of technology. Strengthening diversity is not only a social value, but also an economic and innovation value: the more perspectives are represented in digital development and decision-making, the stronger, more sustainable and more human-centred solutions can be created.

The Innoskart Digital Innovation Cluster is committed to supporting its member companies, fostering cooperation and making visible the professional achievements that contribute to the development of the Hungarian digital economy. The strength of our cluster community lies in the fact that innovative organisations and professionals from various fields work together toward shared goals.

We warmly congratulate Gyöngyvér Vitéz and Dessislava Dimitrova on their nomination and participation in the award ceremony. We are proud of them and delighted to see that the professional work of our cluster members is also represented in such an important initiative.
