The event will focus on plastics and packaging solutions. It will bring together project partners, external stakeholders, and members of the CircSyst Community of Practice (CoP) to explore how lessons from our demonstrators in Greece, Hungary and Spain can inspire replication in different regional contexts.

Participants will gain practical insights into circular approaches to plastics and packaging, discuss enabling conditions for replication, and connect with experts and innovators from across Europe.

The event will be co-organised with the Hungarian Economic Development Agency (MGFU) and Ugrinpack, whose facilities will be visited as part of the programme. The workshop will be held in a hybrid format, but the site visit can only be joined in-person.

Highlights from the programme include:

• The plastics and packaging replication workshop (10:00–12:30 CEST);
• A networking lunch (13:00–14:00 CEST);
• A learning study visit to Ugrinpack’s facilities in Leányvár (14:30–16:30 CEST), including demonstrations of eco-designed packaging solutions, production processes, and material innovations;
• Bus shuttle from Budapest to premises and back.
